Sara and Aya Hand Up Sara and Aya Cropped

Do you have a new puppy who needs to learn to sit and stay?  Do you have an adult dog who needs to brush up on Basic Manners?  Come join us and Trainer Becky Gagnon for our Positive Reinforcement Training Class beginning Sunday, January 17th, 2016, from 10:00 – 11:00 am.

We will teach you how to teach your dog to walk politely, sit and lie down, come when called, and to start to resist temptation.  We will also teach you how to better communicate with your dog, and to understand what he or she is trying to tell you.  Becky also has suggestions for fun games you can play with your dog to work on their mental and physical agility.  Playing with your pup correctly is just as important as teaching them manners!

To read more about Becky Gagnon and her Positive Reinforcement Training style and to sign up for our class, click on the training tab at the top of our home screen, or just click on this link to enroll.

The class is only $120 for six hour sessions on Sundays from 10:00 – 11:00 am. starting Sunday January 17th.

Adopt Us! Snowball and Dotty

“We are staying with our Whiskers Family until we find a

New Forever Home.”

My name is Snowball.

I am very sweet and would love to cuddle up next to you and take a nap.

I love to be brushed and petted.

I sometimes use a cat door, but I am very talkative.

I would much rather tell you, “ow”  when I want to go out,

“maw-wa” when I’m hungry, and “wa” to say hi.

I am very playful, I love to climb, explore, and

toss around a ping pong ball

My name is Dotty I am Snowball’s sister.

I am a little shy and like to spend most of my time outside, but

I am warming up to my new friends at Whiskers.

I like to be petted and brushed especially around mealtimes.

I am quiet and demure, but also very curious.

I love to catch lizards!

Snowball and Dotty

Snowball and Dotty were born in May of 2015 under a house in Kilauea.

They were micro-chipped, neutered/spayed, and vaccinated when they were 3 months old.

They have been staying with us at Whiskers for about a month now, and

get more and more affectionate every day.

If you are considering adopting a new kitty and would like to meet them,

give us a call in the office at 241-PETS(7387).
